As you've probably noticed. I've taken all of the discussion so far and organized it into a master list of duties and responsibilities.
I've followed Brendon's structure on days and time slots for meals and have assumed that the team captain for the day will organize the duties and functions as outlined in that same post.
What's missing is the complete meal list as well as the prep and cook team members. Further discussion should help to organize this. For example Nadine & Flora's spagetti & meatballs is usually the same time as boiled dinner but that's not been mentioned yet so it's not been added to the list. I'll keep watching and add things that get confimed or if you have an "offline" conversation with a team member and want to email me directly feel free to do that too (bpelley@gmail.com).
David also mentioned he'd help out with breakfast. I wasn't sure if that was every day or if you want to pick a couple of specific days. Let me know and I'll add it.
Finally, if the text is too small on the summary or if you want to create separate topics for discussion & commitments we can do that too.
Sounds great on the menu ideas. I like the idea of captains planning the day. I guess by mentioning the boiled dinner and spagetti combo I was hoping to get clarification on just how much is "assumed" to happen. When trying to capture it in a master list I was unsure whether to make those kinds of assumptions. I think the answer came loud and clear...we're starting with a clean slate. Let's keep up the good discussion.
I'll create a new discussion on Grocery List...Captains can post what they need and who is designated to pick it up. Others can also volunteer to pick up items there.

Oh yeah, one more thing...I hope we have donairs. Donair subs might be a solution to some of the messiness but I'm easy.
